The Association has
evolved over the years to include, not only Handweavers, but many other
fiber artists. We are proud to include among our Members; Spinners, Basket
Makers, Lace Makers, Felt makers, and Dyers.
Our purpose as an Association is to conduct Conferences to stimulate and encourage creativity and excellence, and arouse public interest in the fiber arts.
We are a non-profit organization where all monies received from the endeavors of the organization is held in a fund to be used for the purpose of the organization.
